Throughout his career, Jay has been a communications leader on the front lines of change. He is a public affairs executive, media strategist and Emmy Award-winning broadcast journalist whose work has advanced the causes of companies, associations and candidates. For the 2018 midterms, Jay formed Hamilton Media DC to produce TV ads for independent expenditure groups. He directed Brett Favre in a U.S. Chamber of Commerce spot and received media accolades for the “Dr. Millionaire" campaign. At Marriott International, he led the digital revolution and helped transform the way it communicated to customers, financial analysts and employees. There, he won awards for viral YouTube videos, social media integrations and Bill Marriott's blog. He began his career as a broadcast journalist in New York City at CBS News and WPIX-TV before heading to Washington, DC to cover Congress for a PBS series that he co-created called Watch on Washington. He also served as a reporter in the nation's capital for ABC-7 News.

Casey is a political advertising creative director who has worked on presidential, senate and congressional races. His issue-advocacy work has been recognized by PACs and political parties for advancing their agendas. Earlier in his career, Casey won an Emmy Award at ABC News where he created and directed graphics for the network's top rated programs –World News Tonight, Nightline and This Week. Casey's news experience allows him to distill issues quickly and capture the visual essence of a campaign. Producing political spots under enormous deadline pressure is a valuable trait learned during his newsroom days.
NIKI ZOLI
SOCIAL IMPACT & SUSTAINABILITY
Niki Zoli is the former Director of Social Impact at Marriott International. She managed a portfolio of global social impact programs in the areas of youth employment, disaster response, resiliency and community engagement. She also handled Marriott’s sustainability reporting and led several environmental conservation partnerships. Prior to joining Marriott, Niki worked with other socially responsible companies including Whole Foods Market, Honest Tea, and the Discovery Channel Global Education Partnership, now known as ImpactEd.

John is considered the father of reputation management and co-authored the first text book on Reputation Management. He copyrighted a process to help organizations measure, analyze, monitor and manage their reputations. John co-authored with Fraser Seitel Rethinking Reputation, which premiered at #12 on Amazon's best-selling business books and was named the ‘#1 Must Read’ for communications professionals by the prestigious Ragan.com. John was previously head of corporate communication at Merck & Co., Inc., where he helped lead many policy initiatives for the healthcare industry, most notably in AIDS, healthcare reform and managed care. Before joining Merck, he was director of public relations and a speechwriter at Hoffmann- LaRoche Inc. Most recently, John created the very first curriculum on reputation management at Rutgers. He is currently a faculty member at Elon University.

Karen is that rare creative talent whose art isn’t restricted to one canvas. She paints, makes jewelry, and excels in print design. She continues to receive the most accolades for her broadcast work. Working as a graphic artist for ABC News and other outlets, Karen brings news stories to life by illustrating complex issues under tight deadlines. This skill transfers to her campaign work as well. Karen lets the parameters of a project dictate her approach. In her own words: “I have a commitment to impactful and beautiful design. I apply my skills as an artist to bring clarity and to shape the tone of a project.”

PUBLIC OPINION STRATEGIST
Charlie loves to say, "Forget everything you know about elections and predicting their outcome." With so many pollsters wrong this past presidential race, Charlie developed the "Enthusiasm Index." He tested the methodology leading into the 2016 presidential election to accurately predict Trump as the winner. An entrepreneur and passionate creator of digital products, Charlie brings his background in data mining and combines it with a keen political awareness to offer clients a roadmap of where they stand and how their messaging is resonating at the grassroots."Tapping into an emotional base gets candidates elected and products sold." And Charlie's "Enthusiasm Index" is a good predictor in these uncertain times of opinion polling. Charlie also develops software apps to help power some of the worlds biggest brands.
JERRY W. COX
POLITICAL & LEGAL STRATEGIST
A veteran political strategist, Jerry Cox has managed campaigns at the state and federal levels. Cox won attention from The Legal Times for the innovative use of visual materials in complicated matters before federal agencies. He began his career working his way up the Missouri political ladder. From campaign manager on a state contest to running a U.S. House of Representative race to serving as legislative counsel to Senator John Danforth. With Senator Danforth, Cox pushed through major legislation on Capitol Hill involving the telecommunications and transportation industries. One issue, air bags, went all the way to the Supreme Court. Cox wrote a brief to the court arguing for their mandatory installation. Cox’s image-building and strategic planning continued at Hill and Knowlton, a major Washington PR firm where he was Vice President of Technology, Telecommunications and Transportation. Cox graduated cum laude from Princeton University’s Woodrow Wilson School and University of Virginia School of Law.
